A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage multiple, constantly shifting diaries and keep several Partners on track
  • Coordinate meetings across busy schedules, handling all logistics and stakeholder communication
  • Arrange travel and prepare detailed, easy-to-follow itineraries for multiple Partners

 

  • Act as a central point of contact, triaging requests and managing competing priorities
  • Provide proactive administrative support while assisting with team coordination and internal events
