A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage senior leadership’s diary, meetings, and email correspondence with precision
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
  • Organise travel, events, and stakeholder engagements end-to-end

 

  • Prioritise competing tasks and deadlines in a fast paced media environment
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide proactive, high-level support to keep leadership focused and on track
