Detailed Job Description:

  • $100,000 – $110,000 + Superannuation
  • Established team, role available due to internal promotion

Based in the heart of the CBD this business is going from strength to strength, this position has become available due to a recent promotion and will provide instrumental support to an established and highly respected Managing Director. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative but driven environment – you must have a genuine passion for what you do, and love providing top tier support. You will be personable, tech savvy and able to think outside the box. This is an agile role supporting a highly regarded individual who wants to form a true partnership. You are a people person and can forge meaningful connections across all levels of the business. With a no task too small mindset, you just get the job done in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage a busy Inbox, effectively action, prioritise and flag as necessary. Be comfortable responding of the MD’s behalf and removing as many action items as possible.
  • Seamless co-ordinate a busy diary, including domestic travel and associated plans. Demonstrate a knowledge of business priorities and skillfully plan to facilitate these whilst also allowing periods of ‘catch up ‘time.
  • Track all major projects and activities on behalf of the MD, keep a close eye on deadlines, reminding as necessary and following up on outstanding action items.

 

  • Be the point of contact for the MD, screen calls and visits as necessary, protect their time were possible whilst building and maintaining strong relationships across the business.
  • Liaise with other Executive Assistants across the business to ensure everyone is on the same page, assist in the training and mentoring of more junior staff, strive to enhance the existing collaborative environment.
