Nestled in a picturesque setting, this dynamic boutique business is making a global impact. While headquartered in Sydney, they collaborate closely with colleagues and clients across the globe, solidifying their position as a leading player in their industry. With an outstanding market reputation, they are not just a place to work – they are a sought-after destination for top talent, known for consistently delivering a superior client experience.

The company culture is one of celebration and support. Successes are shared and recognised, whether it’s a major win or a personal milestone, and the team knows how to pat each other on the back. At the same time, they are a highly driven group, taking their responsibilities seriously and pulling together during more challenging times. It’s an environment where resilience, teamwork, and mutual respect thrive.

Having experienced significant growth this year, with international markets on a rapid upward trajectory, the business is now expanding further. This exciting growth has created the need for an Executive Assistant to join the CEO, playing a critical role in supporting them as they shift focus towards these emerging global markets. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing, forward-thinking team, and to work closely with a visionary leader in a business.

What is unique about you?

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who is always one step ahead, shows exceptional initiative, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’re someone with a keen eye for detail – the type of person who genuinely “sweats the small stuff” to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

In this role, you’ll be navigating the demands of working across multiple time zones, juggling complex diaries, travel arrangements, and associated plans with ease, ensuring everything operates like clockwork. Your ability to remain calm and organised under pressure will be key in managing these intricacies.

With strong business acumen, you’ll confidently oversee office operations, stepping in to ensure everything runs smoothly even in the CEO’s absence. You have a natural flair for problem-solving and anticipating needs, consistently providing proactive solutions before challenges arise.

This role also involves a degree of personal support, making you a true all-rounder. You’re at the top of your game – someone who can adapt effortlessly, maintain a high level of professionalism, and support the CEO in both their professional and personal spheres. If you’re looking for a role that’s fast-paced, varied, and deeply rewarding, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Comprehensively manage complex and frequent travel arrangements always adhering to precise travel preferences alongside business needs. Be on call for travel issues that may arise globally out of standard office hours.
  • Demonstrate advanced expertise on all MS Office packages, especially PowerPoint. Create and collate client pitches and documents with precision, ease and a natural creative flair.
  • Organise internal events and client functions, run them seamlessly from inception to competition with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Manage a complex and often changing diary across multiple countries and time zones each month, ensure the CEO’s time is maximised and necessary items prioritised to best suit the business needs at the time.
  • Track all financials from expenses to invoices, work closely with the CFO to ensure accuracy on all matters, often working in multiple currencies.
