A snapshot of your role…

  • Oversee and track various projects, while proactively managing the team’s efforts to ensure KPI’s are met and critical updates are provided
  • End-to-end management of communication with clients; create and send correspondence ensuring all information is accurate and meets expectations, schedule calls and meetings
  • Act as an internal and external liaison to develop and maintain exceptional relationships with personnel and clients ensuring the highest level of customer service and confidentiality

 

  • Provide financial administration, including expense reporting, invoicing, and monitoring and tracking accounts receivables
  • Support the consultant and the wider team in their business development activities, such as planning, tracking, research, reports and data management
