A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, balancing artistic commitments, business meetings, travel, and personal time. Coordinate with national and international partners to arrange performances, collaborations, and strategic meetings
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, annual reports, and strategic planning sessions. Coordinate logistics for board meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, artists, sponsors, and partner organisations. Manage and prioritise all communications to and from the CEO’s office, ensuring timely and appropriate responses

 

  • Oversee the planning and execution of high-profile events, including season launches, fundraising galas, and special performances. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with the organisations vision and goals
  • Assist in researching, developing, and implementing key strategic initiatives. This may include gathering industry data, preparing briefing documents, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive organisational growth and artistic innovation
