Detailed Job Description:

  • $50 per hour + Superannuation

  • A 1:1 EA role supporting a Partner focused on client engagement and internal team culture

Based in new Sydney CBD offices, they are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant with immediate availability to step into this role and make an impact.

Confident in your abilities, you are adept at creating and formatting slide deck presentations, ensuring clear and compelling communication of key information. Your flexibility and strong work ethic ensure seamless adaptation to changing priorities while upholding professionalism and integrity at all times. With your blend of skills, great sense of humour, and dedicated work ethic, you are well-equipped to excel in this role and contribute to the success of this Partner and their team.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage executive diary access, prioritising crucial board, committee, and external client meetings. Ensure flawless scheduling and preparation for strategic engagements
  • Oversee seamless travel logistics, including booking accommodations, creating detailed itineraries, and managing all aspects of travel arrangements
  • Prepare and draft a variety of documents, including memos, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Partner ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the executive style & tone

 

  • Lead and manage special projects and initiatives assigned by the executive or direct reports overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, representing the executive with professionalism and integrity at all times
