Detailed Job Description:

  • $130,000 – $160,000 + Superannuation

Understanding this hybrid role transcends 9-5 boundaries, you are prepared to provide business and personal private and family support, including weekend communication and travel when necessary.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Meticulously coordinate and oversee all travel arrangements, encompassing intricate domestic and international itineraries, seamless transportation logistics, and premier accommodation bookings tailored to preferences for the CEO & family
  • Expertly manage, prioritise, and align complex, comprehensive calendars for CEO & family – coordinating all crucial business and personal meetings, events, and schedules across domestic and multiple international time zones
  • Act as a strategic partner in managing the HNWI’s diverse personal and business interests, liaising with service providers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

 

  • Orchestrate and execute high-profile events and projects with strategic planning, effective resource allocation, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless coordination and successful delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets
  • Expertly manage essential documentation, including preparing contracts, handling signatory obligations, and facilitating authorisation’s as required. Attend meetings as a proxy representative, demonstrating a thorough understanding of agenda items and the ability to provide detailed briefings and strategic recommendations on the CEO’s behalf
