Executive Assistant

Detailed Job Description:

  • $115,000 package + Salary Sacrifice
  • Senior 1:1 EA position supporting a strategic and established General Manager
  • Join a business that values growth, inclusivity, and empowers individuals to make a lasting impact

What makes this company unique?

This is an organisation that drives transformative leadership and positive change across all industries. Your talents and ideas will be valued, nurtured, and amplified through collaborative efforts. Join a place where diverse perspectives converge to reshape organisational excellence. Their culture fosters growth, inclusivity, and empowers individuals to make a lasting impact. Become part of an environment that champions your contributions while engaging in impactful work that drives significant change for customers. As an integral part of a vital business unit with a strong emphasis on external relationships and stakeholders, you will be the invaluable right-hand support to an accomplished General Manager. In this Executive Assistant role, your contributions will be pivotal in driving success through seamless organisational collaboration, internal and external stakeholder engagement. Based in centrally located Sydney CBD offices, this position offers flexibility to work from home one day per week.

What is unique about you?

You’re someone who thrives on taking initiative and ownership of tasks. Rather than just presenting problems, you come prepared with solutions or ideas, and you’re not afraid to ask questions to gain a deeper understanding. As a strategic thinker, you have a knack for bringing teams together, following through on details, and leveraging everyone’s capabilities to drive success.

With extensive exposure and longstanding experience in a Senior Executive Assistant position supporting mid-level or C-Suite executives, you’re well-versed in managing stakeholder-related activities, handling moving parts and complexity, and overseeing both projects and traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities with ease. Trust is paramount in this role, and you’ve proven your ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships.

In this high-achieving environment, a good sense of humour is essential to maintain perspective and morale. You’re known for your attention to detail and unwavering commitment to following through on tasks, no matter how challenging. If this sounds like you, apply now!

A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, prioritising appointments, coordinating meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts while ensuring seamless organisation and time management
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including drafting and editing correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and managing communication on behalf of the executive, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
  • Coordinate and participate in Leadership Team meetings, overseeing agenda creation, minute-taking, and distribution of follow-up actions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members

  • Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries, ensuring smooth and hassle-free travel experiences for the executive and team members
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information, such as executive decisions, financial data, and strategic plans, while building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through robust interpersonal skills and discretion

Does this sound like your dream role? Don’t delay in submitting your CV!
