A snapshot of your role…

  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate client meetings both onsite and offsite, actively liaising with clients and attending meetings with consultants. Ensure meticulous minutes and notes are captured and preparing necessary research and insight paperwork in advance to Directors!
  • Compose a range of communications tailored for both internal and external audiences, encompassing participant advertisements, surveys, research project notifications, and oversee correspondence management across multiple company inboxes
  • Interact with clients through diverse communication platforms, with a strong emphasis on telephone conversations, face-to-face meetings, and virtual meetings via Teams or Zoom, assisting with research interviews and other project needs

 

  • Oversee compliance and onboarding documentation for both existing and new clients, adeptly navigating various platforms and CRMs to ensure thorough understanding and efficient management
  • Play a pivotal role in company-wide projects, spanning events, new business ventures, strategy sessions, and other ad hoc opportunities, contributing extensively to the business’s overall success
