Detailed Job Description:

  • $130,000 + Superannuation
  • A 1:1 Executive Assistant role with additional touch points and support to the Board

What is unique about you?

This role is seeking a polished professional poised for their next exciting challenge. You will bring forth tangible experience in supporting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) or C-Suite Executives, coupled with an innate business acumen. This role will see you working as a direct extension to the HNWI, understanding the importance of confidentiality, discretion, and maintaining a composed but efficient outlook. You take pride in your exceptional communication skills and possess the ability to subtly guide and influence others toward achieving desired outcomes. Your proficiency in the MS Office suite is strong, and you have a knack for quickly adapting to new software, systems, and processes. This role seamlessly integrates traditional support with cutting-edge technology and innovative business practices. You should thrive in an agile environment and relish the dynamic, fast-paced nature inherent in rapidly expanding businesses.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Coordinate complex international travel for the CEO, their family, and the wider team, encompassing accommodations, travel arrangements, visas, and managing all associated meetings and appointments during overseas stays
  • Meticulously manage diaries of the CEO, their family, and where necessary, the wider team. Learn individual preferences when booking appointments and meetings
  • Efficiently manage board and other large-scale meetings, handling document preparation, meeting logistics, and all related follow-up & actionable tasks

 

  • Cultivate strong working relationships across the organisation and beyond, acting as a trusted partner to the CEO and, when necessary, representing them. Continuously strive to enhance team cohesion and productivity
  • Oversee budgets, expenses, and invoices, collaborating closely with the accounts department to ensure they have all necessary support at all times
