Detailed Job Description:

  • $130,000 – $140,000 + Superannuation + Bonus
  • A pivotal role within the leadership team of a global business expanding to Australia.
  • A golden opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant working within a dynamic environment

Partnering with the Executive Leadership team, you will be integral in every part of the set-up.  Spearheading the groundwork for the Australian branch will see you supporting the team, and office as well as leading a multitude of exciting and progressive projects.

Whilst initially a contract position, there is scope for a full-time role. Joining this progressive and high-performing executive team, you’ll step into a dynamic role at a critical juncture. A highly autonomous role with major responsibilities, you will make a significant impact!

What is unique about you?

We need an implementer, an enabler, and a doer!  Your experience at C-Suite and or within a change or transformation environment is highly desirable. Alongside this, your business acumen and understanding of corporate business operations will be key. As a valued member of the ELT, you’ll engage in strategic discussions and be responsible for crafting actionable project milestones independently or in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in navigating dynamic environments, you offer comprehensive support across diverse business areas, seamlessly adapting as needs evolve.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the ELT, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and preparation of presentations and reports
  • Actively participate in strategic discussions and meetings alongside the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), offering valuable insights and contributing to decision-making processes
  • Lead setup and transformation projects for the Australian expansion, developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables independently or in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

 

  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment of project objectives with business goals.
  • Continuously evaluate project processes, business operations and workflows, identifying areas for optimisation and implementing best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
