Your ability to multitask and anticipate needs is second to none. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are confident in your ability to represent the CEO across various settings. You are a great team player and have solid teamwork skills. To effectively support this incredible CEO, you will be an exceptionally motivated and career-oriented individual who thrives when challenged with managing busy schedules and deadlines. You are adaptable and able to prioritise and pre-empt work within a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Extensive diary and inbox management of a fast-moving CEO
  • Organise external client events and prepare all stakeholder meetings – be on hand to ensure the team are prepared in advance with papers, presentations and research if required
  • Manage all interstate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings and agendas for the Executive team – once international borders are open, annual international conferences will need to be arranged

 

  • Confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders whilst always maintaining discretion
  • Oversee all Executive expense reporting, cash reconciliations and reimbursements
