Detailed Job Description:

  • $120,000 + Superannuation
  • Control office operations flawlessly whilst supporting a driven Executive

What is unique about you?

You are a highly experienced Executive Assistant with a background in C-suite level roles. You take notice of the bigger picture whilst not neglecting the finer details. You have the capacity to lead and influence others with gentle subtlety whilst placing a high value on professionalism. Your technical skills are exemplary, showcasing your ability to multitask across various administrative, financial and technological areas. You love becoming engrossed in a project and consistently take pride in your work, leading by example to set a positive, energetic and passionate environment, enhancing a solid team and office culture.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Confidently oversee the coordination of a planned office relocation within Sydney CBD from inception to completion
  • Working directly with the CRO’s reports and the wider compliance team, meticulously prepare all meeting agendas and necessary materials, including reports and packs for regular internal and interstate company and client meetings
  • Ensure all communications and document handling follows confidential safeguarding procedures and that you operate at the highest levels of discretion across Executive interactions, meetings and client liaisons

 

  • In addition to your role as the Executive Assistant to the CRO, you will assist the Executive Director when required—organising all extensive travel requirements, flight and accommodation bookings, travel itineraries and trip agendas
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the Sydney office from a technology and facilities perspective; collaborate across the company’s interstate offices, working with a network of fellow EA’s and Office Managers to create a united, practical and efficient work environment
