Detailed Job Description:

  • $95,000 + Superannuation

What is unique about you?

In this fast-paced and rewarding Executive Assistant role, you will hit the ground running, managing multiple projects in collaboration with this Partner. This position will be well suited to someone who loves to be on the go, utilise their problem-solving skills and provide the highest quality of support. You will be liaising with clients and high-level stakeholders where outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must. you must be a strong team player with a positive and practical attitude. Your attention to detail will be the key to your success, alongside the ability to see ahead and plan accordingly.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries on behalf of the Partner
  • Strategically and proactively manage an extremely busy diary, ensuring all runs smoothly and effectively coordinating any conflicts
  • Coordinate and plan board meetings and any company internal and external events

 

  • Extensive documentation review and proofreading – be the last line of defence!
  • Manage various company projects and oversee the timely completion of work plans and reports
