This role will provide high-level Executive support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the business and the Chief Executive Officer. This role directly supports key administrative requirements and works cohesively with the Regulatory Operations Executive team. What is unique about you?

You are a switched-on, eager Executive Assistant and willingly roll your sleeves up to aid in the successful running of business activities and operational efficiencies. By putting strong frameworks in place to manage business risk, governance, and integrity, you will oversee and guide successfully. You can demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.  Your ability to engage and facilitate solutions with the Board and other important stakeholders is second to none. Your conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are very strong. You can function independently, take initiative, and make decisions in a setting where the capability to prioritise and demonstrate conflict management is essential. You are the engine that powers the business, you will mirror an exceptional level of attention to detail with high emotional intelligence. No task is too big or small, with your adaptable and warm approach, you are happy to take the initiative to drive the success of the team.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Exercise precise organisation and seamlessly manage the demanding calendars of the Chief Executive Officer, optimising schedules for productivity and strategic engagements
  • Act as a point of liaison between the Chief Executive Officer, Board and stakeholders, providing information and gatekeeping as required
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Chief Executive Officer and their wider team, aiding in the seamless coordination of initiatives and projects that drive the organisation forward

 

  • Prepare and review financial reports, official documents and presentations that adhere to high standards of quality, aligning with the organisation’s commitment to excellence
  • Support the efficient and effective running of the office including financial management, procurement, and other operational matters
