Detailed Job Description:

  • $48 per hour + Superannuation
  • Assume a central role in delivering exceptional executive support to the Managing Director
  • Sydney based role with flexibility | 3-month temp contract

What is unique about you?

As an accomplished Executive Assistant, you bring a wealth of experience to the table. Your proficiency in scheduling, travel coordination, and meticulous attention to detail ensures the Managing Director’s day-to-day operations run seamlessly. You excel in correspondence management, record-keeping, and crafting polished documents, which proves invaluable in liaising with government dignitaries and officials.

Your calm demeanour ensures VIPs receive a warm welcome at performances, and your knack for relationship-building extends to key stakeholders and government representatives. With a keen eye for detail, you expertly handle meeting preparations, minute-taking, and document finalisation for board meetings. Previous feedback has highlighted your organisational prowess, where it extends across big picture and small detail responsibilities. A snapshot of your role…

  • Streamline Executive Director’s schedule, and coordinate travel, accommodations, and expenses for business trips
  • Facilitate meetings, craft agendas, and distribute concise minutes. Ensure timely action on Leadership Team decisions
  • Manage invitations and coordinate responses for government dignitaries, officials, patrons, and VIPs

 

  • Craft tailored correspondence and comprehensive briefings for the Managing Director
  • Assist other Executive Assistants with internal events and projects that span the wider business
