You are a seasoned Executive Assistant with a track record of seamlessly supporting top-tier executives in dynamic environments. What sets you apart is your innate ability to anticipate needs and proactively tackle challenges. This ensures that the Managing Director can operate at peak efficiency. To thrive in this role, you will need a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the adaptability to navigate changing priorities. Your proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, will be pivotal, along with your technical skills to handle various software tools and systems. A snapshot of your role…

  • Manage a complex calendar, booking appointments, and handling all scheduling for the Managing Director, optimising their time and ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication, and handling confidential information with discretion
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications

 

  • Assist in special projects, event planning, and organisational initiatives to support the Managing Director in achieving their goals
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks from all levels of the organisation including, other Executives and the wider team to ensure smooth running of the office
