Detailed Job Description:

  • $40 per hour + super
  • Media
  • Sydney CBD | 4-month contract

A snapshot of your role…

  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venues, suppliers and attendee communications
  • Support event delivery onsite and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders
  • Manage registrations, databases, invitations and event reporting

 

  • Provide administrative support to the broader team, including scheduling and document preparation
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving forward
