Detailed Job Description:

This office-based role will see you leveraging your problem-solving skills and coordination savviness to orchestrate service schedules for a wide personnel network while providing a superior customer experience and building strong client relationships.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Seamlessly manage the daily scheduling of service technicians to client sites across multiple locations, ensuring optimal efficiency and timely execution with a focus on precision and responsiveness.
  • Foster and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both clients and technicians, ensuring clear communication, deadlines are consistently met, and services are delivered to the highest standard of satisfaction.
  • Offer proactive administrative support to the wider team, stepping in to assist the customer service helpdesk as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow and seamless service delivery across all departments.

 

  • Regularly update and manage the company’s database and CRM systems, including the creation of new service requests, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring jobs are closed efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Take a proactive approach in seeking valuable client feedback, swiftly addressing concerns, and escalating stakeholder issues as needed, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance, and team collaboration.
