Detailed Job Description:

This office-based role will utilise your problem-solving acumen and coordination expertise to manage service schedules for a broad network, while delivering superior customer service and fostering strong client relationships.

A snapshot of your role…

  • Efficiently manage the daily scheduling of service technicians to client sites across Sydney Metro with speed and accuracy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians to ensure deadlines are met and services are completed satisfactorily
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team, including covering for the customer service helpdesk as needed.

 

  • Update and maintain the company’s database and CRM systems, managing service requests, creating quotations, and closing jobs
  • Proactively seek client feedback, address and escalate stakeholder concerns, and identify opportunities to improve processes and team performance
