  • You are polished, professional and confident in presenting a strong first impression
  • You have previous Reception or front-of-house experience within a corporate environment
  • You have exceptional communication skills with a warm and approachable manner
  • You are naturally organised with strong attention to detail
  • You are proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the team
  • You are confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
  • You are reliable, adaptable and available to start immediately

A snapshot of your role…

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, creating a warm and professional welcome
  • Manage a busy switchboard, answering and directing incoming calls efficiently
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are prepared to a high standard

 

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team as required
  • Maintain a polished and organised reception area at all times
