Detailed Job Description:

  • $70,000 + Superannuation

You thrive in a place where no two days are the same. As the team administrative assistant, you will be approachable and build strong personal relationships with the team and external stakeholders. Using your initiative to manage your workload is key to being successful in this role. You are very proactive and have excellent communication skills. If you are highly motivated and have strong attention to detail, this opportunity may be for you!

A snapshot of your role….

  • Meet and greet clients and stakeholders, manage the switchboard and direct messages to the appropriate people
  • Effectively arrange internal and external meetings, ensuring all meeting spaces are presentable and organise any required catering or ad hoc requests
  • Maintain the company database, handle all mail, prepare training materials and oversee all printing and binding of important documents and packs

 

  • Track team budgets, conduct expense reconciliations, oversee purchase orders and invoices and complete timesheets
  • Act as the go-to point of contact for the operations team, executives and clients!
