Detailed Job Description:

  • $40 per hour + super
  • Property
  • Sydney CBD | In office

A snapshot of your role…

  • Provide day to day administrative support to the team, keeping things organised and running smoothly.
  • Assist with preparing documents, reports, correspondence and other administration.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings and general office requirements across the team.

 

  • Liaise with clients, tenants, suppliers and internal stakeholders, providing a professional and friendly point of contact.
  • Keep across a variety of tasks and priorities, helping the team stay on top of deadlines and delivering a seamless service.
