With previous administration experience you are ready to hit the ground running in an exciting, multifaceted role. You thrive in an environment where no two days are the same and have developed a strong ability to juggle your workload and rapidly changing priorities. As far as you are concerned there is no job too big or too small, you are happy to get stuck in where needed and you relish in being the teams’ go-to person. This is supported by your warm personality, approachable nature and strong interpersonal skills. You understand that communication is key and can easily interact with colleagues, clients and contacts across all levels, whether in person, over the phone or via email.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Provide administrative assistance to support the daily operations of the team, book meetings, manage calendars, draft correspondence and manage the team inbox
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls – screening, forwarding or taking messages as appropriate
  • Maintain the company databases, keep client information up to date and generate reports

 

  • Arrange food and beverages for meetings, ensure AV equipment is set up and meeting rooms are in immaculate condition
  • General ad-hoc duties, involvement in projects and with general requests from the team
