Collaborating closely with established members, professionals, and the broader medical community, you’ll serve as an essential contact point, guaranteeing smooth communication and support over email and phone communication. Your responsibilities will span from adeptly managing memberships, facilitating interactions, and escalating to other teams. Given the seasonal fluctuations in the membership life cycle, your duties will encompass a diverse array of tasks, encompassing customer service, financial administration, and coordination responsibilities, offering you a multifaceted and rewarding role within a great team!
