Detailed Job Description:

  • $80,000 + Superannuation
  • Sydney CBD
  • Opportunity to work autonomously, initiate your ideas and have your voice heard

This role requires a confident, self-starting individual who can work autonomously to get the job done. With an interest in tech, you are confident and tech-savvy in how you work, comfortable across various online platforms and learning new systems! Additionally, as someone with an analytical mindset, you possess extremely high attention to detail. With a strong prior knowledge of Xero and MYOB, you will be joining an incredibly supportive and engaging team.

A snapshot of your role….

  • Monitor all correspondence for the department, respond where you can and flag to other team members if you are unable too
  • Comprehensively work with spreadsheets, sales & purchase ledgers and journals as directed, ensuring sales, records, and invoices are accurate
  • Assist with Payroll, daily, and weekly bank reconciliations, account payable and receivable

 

  • Be proactive and take direction on tasks as required – Assist the team with any ad hoc tasks
  • Keep track of budgets, forecast for new projects and liaise with necessary people if timelines aren’t being met
