As EST10’s Founder and Managing Director, Roxanne takes an innovative and fresh approach to business ensuring EST10 is always current, relevant, and leading the way in the employment landscape.
Roxanne began her career working for renowned recruiter Julia Ross. Building on that foundation, Rox then worked across Australia, the UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
During this time, her responsibilities ranged from managing large teams and projects to implementing RPO models and helping businesses with IPOs. And today, as a result of all that experience, her clients know that ‘reaching out to Rox and the team at EST10′ is the best way to find incredible staff and receive the best consulting service and advice.
After completing her MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management, EST10 was launched shortly afterwards. Rox recently released her first book Employable–Seven Attributes to Assure Your Working Future.
Her dream now is to continue to grow EST10, firmly establishing it as the ‘go to’ brand in the Australian market. And in her spare time, she’ll work on her own mini-farm. On her wish list are; donkeys, mules (there is a difference), Clydesdale horses, Maine Coon cats, Shetland pony, Hermann Hares, Highland cows, chickens, ducks, bison (need to check with authorities), fainting goats (it’s a thing), swans (if it’s ok with the Queen), Alpacas, llamas, Irish Wolf Hounds, more staffies, Griffon, English Bull Terrier, Welsh Terrier, Giant Eagle (also check if legal), Powerful Owl and Kookaburra (only if can fly freely).

Rachel has an impeccable record for placing high-calibre candidates into exactly the right roles. She loves getting to know people on a deep level, which enables her to pair candidates with clients based on far more than just the job description. Her design experience also brings a layer of creativity to her everyday interactions and work.
While she’ll always be an Irish-girl at heart, Rachel’s dream is to become an Australian citizen. Although, let’s not share that with her mum! Rachels’ favourite foods are fish & HOT chips from the Italian chippers back home (do not hold the salt and vinegar) and soya linseed bread is her Australian food homage!

Jenny is our Northern Hemisphere consultant, who stays busy managing our London operations. With characteristic EST10 enthusiasm and team spirit, she excels at finding ideal candidates for our busy, time poor clients. Jenny has a knack for sourcing Aussies returning home and is also a keen lateral thinker, who constantly comes up with innovative recruitment solutions that turn her clients into raving fans. Having joined EST10 in 2012, just like Xanthe, Jenny is very much part of the fabric at EST10. Jenny originally worked in the Sydney office and then moved back to the UK, but knowing we couldn’t be without her, we made sure to utilise her skills even on the other side of the globe.
An avid runner, Jenny dreams of completing a trail half-marathon, and–one day–revisiting Australia with her boys. Jenny has two pet guinea pigs and loves everything and anything to do with nature and the outdoors.
BA Bone Burying
Daisy likes to be considered the most popular MD at EST10. A blue Staffy, she started her career with us as a graduate in 2015 and has been part of the culture ever since. When she graces us with her presence in the office, her task is to focus on team morale and the occasional bin. Otherwise, you’ll find her napping, eating watermelon and going for walks.
Daisy’s dream is to chase the Bush Turkeys that venture into her garden. She only wants to play! Promise.
