What is your recruitment process and what do you need from me?

  2. Let’s catch up – A meeting at your office helps us understand your expectations, needs and culture. This step sets us apart–the meeting at the beginning of the process is best practice, ensuring efficiency and saving you time in the long run! We know you are busy, but this one visit makes a world of difference. However, if 2020 has taught us anything, it is the art of the video call. So, if we cannot make it into your office, we’ll catch up online.

Our candidates know we’ve taken the time to truly get to know you, our clients and can explain the job in-depth and with detail! There aren’t any mistakes or second-guessing in the job briefings we provide!
